Terms of Service
Last updated November 7, 2026
These terms cover your use of Precision Mail, an email app made by JolleyTech, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.
Using Precision Mail
- Precision Mail is an email client: it works with an email account you already have, from a provider such as IONOS or Google. Your provider's own terms continue to apply to your account and your email.
- Use the app only with accounts you are allowed to use, and only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to send spam or to get into anyone else's email.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and your sign-in secure.
Your email and information
Your email stays yours. How the app handles it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Test versions
Precision Mail is new and is currently offered as a test version (for example through Apple's TestFlight). Test versions may have bugs, may change, and may stop working. Please keep important email with your provider, which is where Precision Mail leaves it.
Tags and suggestions
Color tags, including those added by the tagging assistant, are suggestions to help you sort email. They can be wrong. Always use your own judgment, especially with payment requests and messages tagged "Review carefully".
No warranty
Precision Mail is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, JolleyTech, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of Precision Mail.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. You can stop using Precision Mail at any time by removing your accounts and deleting the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
